About Us

Dr. Kumar is a native of BC, having grown up in the lower mainland for a majority of his youth. He resides in Langley, BC with his lovely wife and children (and dogs!). He completed his undergraduate studies at U.B.C. and then traveled to the U.S. to complete his Dental schooling at Temple University, Pennsylvania, graduating with high honors, “summa cum laude”.

Beautiful weather and opportunity then took him to Los Angeles, California, where he practiced for many years honing his skills in various areas of dentistry. He decided to return to BC to open his practice, and provide care in the methods that he believed in for his patients.

Dr. Kumar believes modern dentistry is the key to providing patients quality dentistry- making the most effective use of their time, while minimizing discomfort. His honest and clear explanation of sometimes complex dental issues is the reason patients love their visit, and feel empowered about their oral health.

Dr. Kumar loves to share his experience with future dentists, and was previously an Assistant Clinical Instructor at UBC School of Dentistry for many years. He enjoys many hobbies, which include working on classic cars, leather working, boating, travelling, cooking, and among family is renowned for being able to fix anything!

Born and raised on a vibrant blueberry farm in Abbotsford, BC, Dr. Avneet Sidhu developed a strong sense of community and work ethic from an early age. Her journey began at the University of the Fraser Valley, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree and developed a deep appreciation for the connection between science, art, and patient care.

Driven by a lifelong passion for dentistry, Dr. Sidhu moved to New York City to attend the prestigious New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry. There, she distinguished herself both academically and clinically, graduating with honors and induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) — the National Dental Honor Society recognizing the top graduates across the country for their excellence in all four years of clinical study.

After completing her degree, Dr. Sidhu returned home to the Lower Mainland with one goal: to give back to the very community that shaped her. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, and stays at the forefront of new research and dental technology to ensure her patients receive the best that modern dentistry has to offer. Known for her gentle touch and approachable demeanor, Dr. Sidhu strives to make every visit a comfortable and positive experience. Her clear communication and calming presence help patients feel confident, cared for, and understood.

When she’s not creating smiles in the clinic, you’ll find Dr. Sidhu exploring BC’s scenic hiking trails, cheering on her favourite hockey team with her husband, getting lost in a good novel, or enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Dr. Ravinder Sidhu Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, Dr. Ravinder Sidhu moved to Canada in 2021 with his family to continue his career in dentistry and provide high-quality care to a new community. Dr. Sidhu is a highly experienced and compassionate dental professional with over 20 years of clinical experience in dental health services. Known for his patient-centered approach, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional care while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their treatment. Dr. Sidhu earned his Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia (UWA) and built a strong foundation of clinical expertise through work across multiple dental practices in Western Australia. His experience includes both long-term clinical roles and locum positions, allowing him to develop adaptability and a broad skill set in a wide range of dental procedures. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Sidhu served as a Clinical Supervisor and Tutor at the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia, where he mentored and guided future dental professionals. He is well regarded for his excellent communication skills and his ability to build strong, trusting relationships with patients. Dr. Sidhu takes pride in clearly explaining treatment options and tailoring care to meet each individual’s needs. His strengths include attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to think quickly and creatively in fast-paced clinical environments. Committed to continuous professional development, Dr. Sidhu stays up to date with the latest advancements in dental care to ensure his patients receive the highest standard of treatment. Whether providing routine care or addressing more complex dental needs, he strives to create a positive and welcoming experience for every patient.
